Great tutorial. Do you need an internet connection for the installation? I am trying to install AppHost without any internet connection (not even proxy). I have got stuck at the step at 9:50. AppHost has successfully been "Paired" (yellow) but not "Running" (green). I had experience in the past when proxy was set up and it had turned "Running". But internet connection is now strictly prohibited in my environment. Please advise! Thank you!
