The definition of a burpee can be comprehended differently for different needs. My definition is to go from standing to a prone position where at least your hips are making contact with the ground, standing up and jumping. And in that definition, there was no mention of a pushup, and usually in crossfit, its not about doing everything the way that the media and forums have put it out to be, but instead, doing something(s) to test work capacity, so who can do the most. Of course my definition doesn't fit what he's doing, but I'm not freaking out because he probably has a reason and I don't need to scold him for not doing something that I believe (or "know" for the people that don't understand crossfit") because what he is doing is still quite taxing.

wouldn't that just be a ready meal? Muscle foods do little pots, I have a bbq chicken one every day for lunch. its rice chicken broccoli cauliflower and carrots with a bbq sauce all included. I dont know if you mean the same as that or one that cooks itself, but these are absolutely banging.
The thing is: healthy food you can't really make into MRE's because those need to have a long self life and that can only be achieved by chemical a shit ton of sodium. A good idea though!

If you want to make your burpees a little spicer. Adjust the the rings 6 inches above your fully extended arms and tap the ring every time you jump. Easy to keep a standard.

If you open your body up too early on the rower, your taking a majority of the loading to your lower back. I'm sure your core is strong enough to take it, but look into better rowing form to maximize leg and glute effort. Great video though, you're a beast
It looks like your fitbit wasn't counting your bodybuilding workouts so I'm sure you burned much more. How would you go about calculating how many calories you burn during an average workout? I've been having trouble counting these calories as well.

Ryan Byrn assume 400 to 600 calories for an hours worth of compound movements. Maybe a bit more considering his amount of muscle mass
