    Treatment of the heart are 5
    1-reading the quran and pondering over it daily
    2-praying qiyaam ul layl
    3-sitting with the righteous people and having good friends
    4- dont eat too much and eat healthy food
    5-humbling yourself at night for ALLAH and asking for his forgiveness , (last third of the night)
    Extra points from ustadh
    * Helping people in need and giving them rizq
    * Taking good care of the orphans
    * Visit the grave
    * Eating halal meaning gaining halal income and staying away from haram income and stealing and so on
    * Lots of dhikr
    And the ustadh concludes all these make the heart soft and with a soft heart the actions become easy to do

      We have to not also forget about the evil eye hasad ayn which is a possibility because one of the effects of the evil eye is to feel always tired but we don't have to refer everything to the evil eye, it's just a reminder, may Allaah pardon us and guide us

    Mashaa Allaah brother, beautiful, a lot of beneficial points. Just some points on which my information is slightly different from yours. I was told that the sahabah normally did a khatm of the Quran once a week. Also the hadith about finishing a recitation every 3 days was a minimum, not going any less than that. Based on that I would think the recommended is once a week for a haafidh of the Quran. Also it might be that a person is unable to wake up for qiyaam ul layl for reasons other than sin and weak deeds during the day. The hadith of Abu Hurayrah in which the Prophet pbuh told him to pray 3 witr before going to bed are used by some respected scholars to mean that he was unable to wake up in the middle of the night. Some people are strong in fasting, others in praying, others in charity. Still one should strive to pray qiyaam ul layl, no doubt.

    It was narrated that ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Read the Qur’an in a month.” I said: I am able to do better than that… Until he said: “Then read it once every seven days, and do not do any more than that.”
    Narrated by al-Bukhaari (4767) and Muslim (1159).
    So they did not complete it in less than three days, because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) discouraged them to do that.
    It was narrated that ‘Abdullah - that is, ibn ‘Amr - said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “No one properly understands who reads the Qur’an in less than three days.”
    Narrated by at-Tirmidhi (2949), Abu Dawood (1390) and Ibn Maajah (1347); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Ibn Maajah.
    This is what the Sahaabah understood from the Prophet’s teachings, and the leading scholars followed them in that.
    -1-
    It was narrated that Ibn Mas‘ood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Read the Qur’an in seven days and do not read it in less than three days.
    Narrated by Sa‘eed ibn Mansoor in his Sunan with a saheeh isnaad, as was stated by al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar in Fadaa’il al-Qur’an (9/78)

    You quoted Al Imam Abu Zakaria Yahya Ibn Mu’ad Ibn Ja’far Ar-Razzi but when I researched his name on the internet, it says on several websites that he is a Sufi, is it normal ?

    *Reading the Qur’an at least once every 40 days:*
    If you read 15-16 pages of the Qur’an per day, you would be able to complete it in exactly 40 days. Continuously read like that, you can keep this cycle going forever.

    • @khaleedabdul-azeezedwards9523
      @khaleedabdul-azeezedwards9523 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      40 days was the advice of the Prophet SAW, as he said in a Hadith in Tirmidhi. But he SAW advised reading it every 30 days, 7 days, or 3 days for those who feel like they could do more, but not less than 3 days. The best guidance is the guidance of the Prophet SAW.
