Episode 11 // Don’t get into cars with strangers! 😬 Or do… 😆

After taking a few days off for CDT trail days, we are back to traveling by foot! Only thing is, this section proved to be the hardest part of the trail yet. Both emotionally + physically (feet). Road walks are no joke folks!
We met the nicest man named Mike who was impressed by our story + how we came to hike across the country together! Not only did he provide us with much needed water but he gave us a hitch + we did a little side adventure in his jeep to see the Sandstone bluffs! After hiking around together seeing all the beauty they provided, Mike took us into town to heal our blisters!
Bonus- our motel had a POOL! 🤿💦😂

It's several miles off trail, but San Antonio hot springs are not to far away from eureka mesa, once you're up near Cuba. Nice change of pace from that terrible road walk out of pie town.
