Its upsetting that a video with this insanely good content only has 234 likes and only 23 comments. The world needs more of these fantastic conversations. Thank you Neurohacker Collective

Ken's hope for saving humanity is to help as many people as possible to develop along the moral line by wanting fairness for all beings. I support him in this.

Evolving our individual and collective consciousness isn't the best way to save civilization. It's the only way to save civilization.

Can anyone tell me which book(s) by Ken Wilber cover the "waking up" vs "growing up" subject?

Linda McKenzie Would you review these books?

    • @lindamckenzie1537

James, I don't want to write reviews at this time but I strongly recommend both of these books. For me, one of their major contributions is that they largely explain a great deal of the dysfunctional behaviour we have seen by spiritual teachers and many of their prominent followers over the last 50 years. That is, because of the lack of attention to stages of development and shadow work which is necessary in addition to states of consciousness and state stages. And in this they show a way forward towards a mature spirituality that has so far never existed in any culture.

Just a heads up that Ken Wilber's Ideas are stolen and the original thinkers of these ideas are Jean Gebser, Clare Graves, Jung and others

Neurophenomenology is one of those serious attempts to integrate some prices of knowledge (psychology, neurology, philosophy). Looping it.

I don't buy it myself - it all sounds kind of nice but in reality it is (the ground of all being) never realised

Have you tried all the yoga and meditation practices that Wilber has suggested to be able to find out for certain? As they say, "if you don't look through the telescope, then you'll *never realize* how Jupiter has all those moons"

Isn't that ability to "defer to culturally-defined authorities" the same as when people accepted a version of a "flat earth that the heavens revolved around" so how is that at a "scientific worldview" all? If not based on personal experience or experimental data using "the scientific method" then it's all just speculation th-cam.com/video/9wX_W1BB_0M/w-d-xo.html

Ken Wilber seems is hyperverbal. The first question sent him all over the place. He needs to self-edit.

I think he is giving context. Without it, it makes no sense what he is saying.
