Certainly the good times of been a Bar owner are over in Pattaya. Your drive past proved my point the bars are empty 20 years ago in Pattaya most bars you where lucky to get a seat. Watched many TH-cam videos by diferent vlogers doing drive byes and walking the Sois Only on a rare occatoin have I seen a Bar full like the old, days. Let's be honest people never sell a buisness if it makes money. Allways enjoy your walk abouts in Pattaya my home for 12 years in the past when I first retired. Returned to self employment due to boredom myself, or I would of wasted away like I've witnessed many expats do in Pattaya. Keep up your own good interesting work making videos.

I stayed on Buakhao for six weeks recently and I was really shocked to see how quiet soi Chaiyapoon was, especially with all the new bars that had opened up...but then again most bars weren't very busy except for the old reliables

That Pump Station is the original one. I first went in there 23 years ago. Sat at the upstairs bar drinking my beer and a Thai ladies head popped up between my legs. You all know the rest of the story. And yes that did use to be Pizza Hut😎

Hi Dean. I feel a bit sad about the Dive bar news... It is one of the first places I visited in Pattaya, and I was there many times after that, just on my own or with some bar crawl. I really liked the mood, girls and patrons. I had really good times there talking with other tourists, having drinks with the girls, and even beating Trevor at pool. :) I will definitely miss those times. The Titty Twister was the name of the club in the vampire/ Bank robber movie Dusk to Dawn with George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino. I will be coming out for my first time in August. I went to the Dive bar on 29/04. What a deception. Nobody came say hello and after my drink, my tip was as they treated me of course. No wonder that the bar was for sale. But before I heard good comments, so that was the reason I went in.

I think an ongoing series detailing how to get the most out of a Pattaya vacation would be great and has almost Infinet variations. You could do lengths of stay anywhere from 12hrs to 12 weeks. Tailor the videos to different budgets. As well as to different parts of town.

She was a babe lovely lady as far as I no she when back home to village sure her name was nam or nan
The Classroom is still on soi 13/4 before 2nd Road. The Office Girls is what she ran 😊

I think an ongoing series detailing how to get the most out of a Pattaya vacation would be great and has almost Infinet variations. You could do lengths of stay anywhere from 12hrs to 12 weeks. Tailor the videos to different budgets. As well as to different parts of town.
