This is great! I have a bracelet die and some numbers in those kinds of dies but thought I needed to buy the shuttle to use them. I didn't know the precision base plate will work with those! I have one but mine is not magnetic. Sizzix sells a plain bright metal plate that is magnetic. I wonder if you can emboss that thicker leather you showed that would be good for making bracelets. Doing a video on that would be a good idea. I noticed my deer skin suede doesn't hold the embossing forever. Over time it becomes more shallow. Will thicker leather hold its shape permanently?
I think the thicker leather will hold the embossing better, but you have to make sure to treat it before working with it... use a sponge to apply some water and get it damp..but not over saturated...let the leather absorb the water first. when it's not wet anymore , but still feels "cool to the touch", emboss it. I do have thin leather that still have the embossing on. Good idea for a new video. Thanks. I do have the magnetic one... works great!!
Very helpful!!! Thank you very much!!! I am a beginner so could you recommend what brand of earring die cuts you used, and where you purchased them? Thank you!
Hi Heather, thank you! I bought my die cuts at scrapbook.com but looks like this set has been discontinued. The set was called teardrop set by sizzix, movers and shapers. Try looking for used ones. Even the old ones for the old model machines, might work. www.scrapbook.com/store/sz-660592.html

kekacm Hi! Thank you so much for your quick reply! I will do that! I hope you make more videos. 😊
Awesome! Do you have a link to the machine?
I got mine at Michael’s. JoAnn’s should have it too. Look for coupons. Check sizzix.com as well.
Thank you!!!
