    Hey Jeremy, hey COLOR UP FANS! It’s Hersh here. I follow all of Jeremy’s videos and love watching the different LIVE ROLL outcomes he produces. It’s fun to read the comments of other player’s strategies as well. I explained this one in a comment recently and Jeremy I gotta say bud, you followed it perfectly and showed pretty much what I experience each time I play this way. In my head, I’m just thinking 6,7,8. Got em all covered, now let’s enjoy a beverage and some back N forth for a while and see how things look when we COLOR UP after a good 30 to 45 minute session. Thanks bud, you made it look good. +$74 after 15 mins ain’t too bad either.

      This strategy is actually pretty solid, especially if you're at the end of your session and just wanna relax for the rest of your time at the table. Not a lot of moving parts, very simple to understand, it's perfect for when you finally wanna get some of those free drinks the casino offers. 😁 I don't do well with Lay bets, but I would run this using DC bets with no action on the 6/8. It still works, and it pays even money. Still, I kinda like this. Good strategy Hersh. ✊🏾😎

    I have had success playing a variation on this strategy. I lay the 4 for $100 for come out roll only, $40 don't pass, $4 on eleven and $1 on the 12. I take a 3 count to qualify the shooter. After passing the 3count, I place the 6 and 8 for $18. After 2 hits everything is paid for and you can collect, come down or expand. If you get a 4 on come out roll you can place $120 odds on DC and good probability will not get repeat 4. I found this on Hawaii Craps Shooters, Mr Money $hot.

      You're taking about the HCS 24/7 strategy? I've seen it both succeed and fail at real tables. It's a good strategy as long as the 4 doesn't roll. Mathematically speaking, it's pretty low risk. Almost a guaranteed winner.

    I Need to know more about this "Lay" concept... Can you place a Lay on every number up top? Seems like that would be a sure fire way to win some money

    • @buckeyeslim6177
      @buckeyeslim6177 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You CAN Lay every number, but I only recommend doing that during the Come Out roll. If the 7 rolls, you win them all at once. If a point is set, you only lose one and you can pull the rest down. You may even want to keep them up for the first 2-3 rolls. If the shooter is repeating the same number(s) you wouldn't lose your other bets. Then when Ruby comes.......SMACK! You just won on all your Lay bets at once. It gives great advantage on short rolls, PSOs and "2 Shaker Bakers".

    New to craps but what if you played 24 on the 6 and 8, 20 on the 5 and 15 on the field. Now you win on everything but 7. On a 5 6 or 8 you still wins will offset the lose on the field.

      With a lay bet you can choose the number, in this case 4/10 which is least likely to roll. A don't pass is a great bet, but you could end up on the 6/8. Try it and see which way works best for you.

      $15 is the minimum and what you would bet on all the numbers. You could also bet $15 on 6/8 but for those two numbers you wouldn’t get payed properly and that’s why you make them $18. The rest pay correct at $15

    A bunch of questions for you:
    Knowing the averge roll is ~8.5 per round, would you recommend to remove 6/8 or go off after 5-6 rolls or do you think it's best to hit them twice before moving to off?
    Assuming the point is 4 or 10, does this affect your line of thinking above? 7 is always coming with the same odds, but it's going to take longer to resolve a 4 or 10 vs a 6 or 8.
    When your lay is hit, do you immediately re-lay or would you generally recommend to wait for the next round? I saw you do it both ways I think in this video.
    Thank you for your videos, they have been very helpful! I've never played Craps before and plan to soon, so this has been very helpful!

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This particular strategy goes off on the numbers. Personally I would not. Money is made when you go beyond or defy probability. That’s the gambling part of game because you never know, so there is no right answer.
      The 4/10 in theory is harder to hit, but dice can roll them bunch of times before you see a 6/8
      I tried both ways in video with replacing lay. Again, no right answer, could only tell you what is best option if I could see the future. 😃

    Don't like the lay bet. One hit on 6 or 8 covers what you'd get from the lay. Meanwhile, as you point out, if you hit that lay number, you are down $40 plus. 6 and 8 gives you enough IMO..and costs you less. I like to play the 5 and 9 instead. You get more. One hit on 5 or 9, move it to the 6 and 8.

    This is a nice hybrid strategy. If the shooter hits just 1 6 or 8 before rolling a 7, you break even if the next roll is 7. Any extra hits put you in profit as long as a 4 doesn't roll. I don't do Lay bets anymore after always rolling the number I Lay on almost the very next roll, but this is still a very solid strategy. I might try this against a random (meaning a shooter I've never seen/played with before) shooter. 👍🏾

He's just a lil leery about being by himself. It's a little bit intimidating for him, and I think this light action will be a great starter point for when he plays.
