Excellent video thoroughly explained. I'm interested in purchasing your products to do my patio, please let me know where I can buy it. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼
I want to stain an older patio with some cracking (other than expansion joints). Should I seal the cracks? Will the sealant take the stain too? Also, this patio had a "grass" carpet that was glued down. When I took up the carpet there was some dried glue remaining. Will I need to get it all off or, if it would'nt cause the sealant to delaminate, it might make a more interesting surface?
This is a water based stain,,, an acid stain is a chemical that makes the concrete turn color ... a water base has a pigment already in it ... its an easier application for DIY and can create a great look. the process for acid stain is quite different,
Do you have any videos showing this on smooth new concrete? So to see if color effects are the same. I have a new 30x40 garage and want the acid stain look but I also already have bath insulation installed and some wood walls so pressure wash not an option

do I have to use a high gloss sealer? or can I do a no gloss? and have the color stay a nice flat like natural concrete?
We carry Matte finish sealers as well as High Gloss sealers!
I always tell my guys not to mix any colors on the top of the surface that we are working on.
He did not neutralize the stained concrete before adding the sealer...the acid in the stain will eat away the sealer if not neutralized.
The concrete he is demonstrating on is not stained at all.
Also, you did not neutralize the color
In between each coat 😮 should I wash off the patio heavy 😂 or lightly 😢 because of dust and dirt from the night 🌙 before 😊
