Hello! I am planning to set up a lily pond in outdoors and have guppies, molies and some other fish.
I am given to understand that algae is a major issue.
I have ordered your bio media for making a DIY filter that you suggested.
I will be having some plants which dont need CO2.
I would like to know which other algae eaters can be best suited for such an ecosystem.

Sir, I have betta fish and glow fish together in my tank and they both are fine with each other, I have diatoms on a coconut shell java moss and green spots on glass. Can I add shrimps along with these? I’m following other factors you told I don’t have any other live plants I have lava rocks and the bottom layer is the chips kind you get and I have bio media filtration(your company’s )with top filter
The fish will most likely eat the shrimp, simpler idea is to keep the lights OFF in the tank, do a daily 10% water change for a week and also Use Life AAYU Fish Food with Nutro Fit PLus and always feed less

Sir, i have a 60p tank with 20 gallon capacity. it's an initial tank setup, with low tech decent number of plants (not heavily planted). Hello sir, I have been following from a long time and to be honest, you were to one from who I got confidence to have my own aquarium. It's been 1 month since I started my aquarium, everything is fine, good plant growth and its been a week I added fish. Basically everything seems fine but I have one issue. After the 3rd day from water change, my water starts turning green and this issue is persistent since the beginning 😞 I have tried changing duration of light too and search many places on web what to do but I can't find the solution. Please help me and enlighten me🙏🙏

Mayur g goldfish tank ke leye koi acha algae eater fish bta dejeye normal sucker fish unko attack krta hai
Bro dnt use any algae eaters for gold fish not even plecos. The reason was goldfish had a thicker slimer coat which may be toxic to other fishes but the icing on the cake is cory's,plecos,ottos tend to eat that slimecoat constaly chasing goldfishes which stress the goldfish much further and result to some damage slimecoat or a diseased fish. Even shrimps arent recommendas shrimp need plants to survive and goldfish munch on plant. Golden rule of thumb.. Goldfish eats anything that fits in his mouth. Better do constant water changes, good filtration system probably a canister filter.
