Ed, I have ,by mistake, only tightened those edge tamer bolts by fingers. Even some back draging by the end of the day they were still there.:-) My bucket was a welded on heavy cutting edge and the edge tamer couldn't get past that. Also if you push hard enough in float, it will lift the front wheels off the ground. You'll see that in the way the loader arms attached to the tractor. P.S. love the bloopers too. Over all I love the edge tamers. They make me look like a better operator than I am.
I don't have any weight on the back of my B2601 except the quick hitch. I don't use chains and I haven't had any problems in about 3 years with clearing snow. Just cleared about 12" of snow about 2 weeks ago and was able to push snow about 120 feet with hardly any slipping. Looking forward to using the Edge Tamers that I received last week!
Float seems to work really well in light snow in straight lines, but with heavier snow, I end up losing steering on turns unless I pull it put of float and let the weight of the loader help get me some traction for steering.
I personally wouldn't waste my money on them.. The secret of moving snow with the bucket it's either A have it perfectly level or B rolled back just a whisker.
Love the bloopers Ed, see you Monday.
Great video Ed! Lots of good info! The Joseph accent and the bloopers at the end get a thumbs up😄👍Enjoy your Sunday!
Thanks Ben! Happy Sunday!
I thought it sounded more like an Australian accent 🙂
@@GardenTractorBoy you may be right Joseph. 😁👍 Happy Sunday.
😂Love the bloopers Ed 👍
Thanks Bob!

Great info. Bloopers are always enjoyed!
Excellent explanation.... But where is your snow? Nice outtakes 😂 fun!
Thanks! It didn’t last long, did it?! 🤣
Ed, loved the end of the video. Ok I'm not the only one losing it. LOL
Haha, thanks!

I enjoyed you showing me how the sausage is made.
As always informative, factual and awesomely opinionated and 😎

I agree that sometimes you have to do that.
Great update and the outtakes were funny
Ive owned my edgetamers for 4 years. I have a gravel driveway. They work great, less expensive and are made in America.
Good to hear! Thanks for sharing.
I have a pirrana edge bar on my bucket. Are these skids compatable with that bucket upgrade.
I’d reach out to Edge Tamer. They can answer best. Good luck!

Float feature would help prevent catastrophic crashes
Question: why an english accent????😂😊❤ You always do a great job.
It’s in my DNA. It’s just comes out 🤣
