This band too slow and not loud enough to keep up with Dave! The arrangement of walk in my shoes is up to Dave's emotion "the song is like listening to Dave carry a heavy trailer load, the band sound is not fast or loud enough for "walk in my shoes " the fans are real fans but band was bad.

The Soulsavers a pro band...what you're think, they don't rehearsal with Dave?! C'mon guys...it sounded as planned, just as Dave wanted too.
There was nothing wrong with that! They were only performed in a different style.
His voice is definitely not the same, but I think that the microphone is the main problem here, and surely the tone is way higher for him to sing.
I think that in the recording he showed more "feeling"...listening to the original recording i think he was trully soffering...but in the live versions, he was more "bluesy"
It might also be because of him smoking but he sang beautifully at the spirit tour
