Very informative, also planning to visit. Would you suggest 2 or 3 nights in Gerome/Cappadocia? We will not be going up in the hot air balloon. Ps, also from SA
We spent 3 nights and we weren't able to go up in a hot air balloon. There is definitely enough places to see and activities to do to fill up the time. I would recommend 3 nights, because that would probably leave you with 2 full days.
Thank you for your kind comment! I think it will depend on the weather and wind, but probably just before sunrise if all goes well. We only saw them the morning of our departure and they only went up after sunrise due to weather conditions.
@@addylove8823 we met the owner in person when we stumbled upon the Carpet shop while exploring Cappadocia. He said we could book a slot by sending him a message on Instagram. So you can go check out Sultan Carpets on Instagram if you want to make an appointment.
I would say the price was reasonable in my opinion. You will definitely be able to find cheaper accommodation options, but also accommodation that are more expensive. So I would say their price is in the middle range...
@@ellecompanystraveladventures we just got back from Turkey. We stayed in icelemer. In the old village there. Very nice and we felt like we were locals . We walked about all over and found streets to go down and found a great place to get a Donner on a plate. We will go further along next time as I want to visit Side.. and manavagat waterfalls there..and few other places near there. Did people try get more money out of u for eating out there. Some tried it with us as soon as they knew we English. Think that is cheeky and I wish they wouldn't do that
@@lionofjudah4114 no I didn't notice anything like that. We always looked at the menu's with prices before we decided to go sit down at a restaurant. We didn't really have a lot of problems with people trying to scam us, probably because most people thought we looked like locals. So many people just started speaking to us in Turkish and told us that we look like Turkish people 🤔
It is a magical place. Totally amazing!!!
👍👍👍
Simply gorgeous!!!! Heartbreaking that your hot air balloon ride was cancelled.
Thank you so much for beautiful video and staying with us.
You are welcome! Hope to return soon to go up in a hot air balloon!

Hi! Loved your video, very informative! I had a question. About what time we're the air balloons up in the morning?

Thank you! Also, where did you make an appointment for the carpets in cappadocia? Is it online? Thank you in advance :)

Was the hotel very expensive or was it reasonable
