唐武德九年，内廷生变，原太子之女李长歌侥幸逃出。逃亡途中，长歌偶遇化名为秦准的草原部落特勤阿诗勒隼，两人不打不相识，渐生英雄相惜之感。长歌在幽州粉碎一场阴谋，与此同时身份败露，前往㮶州避祸。她藏于㮶州刺史公孙恒身边，助其共抗草原势力侵袭，却未想到敌方将领隼竟是旧识秦准。长歌震惊痛心。然而㮶州情况危急，为争取时间等待援兵，李长歌与隼谈判，为大局甘愿沦为战俘被押往草原，意外得知大可汗另有野心。长歌决定暂放私仇，以身涉险拼死破局，隼为救长歌不惜与大可汗为敌，两人却阴差阳错天各一方。长歌辗转流亡，历经风雨的她逐渐领会仁者无敌的道理，最终彻底放下个人恩怨。在发现前隋势力才是挑动事端的幕后黑手后，长歌与隼联手为守护大唐与草原的和平贡献了自己的力量，两人也终于认清了对彼此的情感，携手共赴危局。
►Synopsis ：
In the 9th year of Wude Period of Tang Dynasty, Li Changge, the daughter of the former crown prince, accidentally escaped from the military coup in the palace. During her escape, Changge encountered the secret service agent of a grassland tribe, Ashina Sun, who was under the pseudonym of Qin Zhun. They got to know each other through a fight and their affection grew stronger. Changge smashed a conspiracy in Youzhou. However, at the same time, her identity was revealed, and she went to Shuozhou to escape capture. She hid herself beside Gongsun Heng, the governor of Shuozhou, to help him resist the invasion of the grassland forces, but she did not expect that the enemy general was Qin Zhun. Changge was shocked and distressed to discover Qin’s real identity. However, the situation in Yuzhou is in great danger. In order to gain time for reinforcements, Li Changge negotiated with Sun. For the sake of the overall situation, she was willing to be a prisoner and taken to the grassland. Then she accidentally learned that the Great Khan had an ulterior motive. Changge decided to temporarily put aside her personal vengeance, and risk her life to save the situation. In order to save Changge, Sun disobeyed the order of the Great Khan, but they were far apart from each other after that. After going through the arduous exile, Changge gradually understood the principle of the invincibility of the benevolent, and finally put aside her personal grievances. After discovering that the former forces of Sui Dynasty were the manipulators behind the scenes, Changge and Sun teamed up to protect the peace of Tang Dynasty and the grassland. They finally came to realize their deep affections towards each other and went to confront the crisis ahead.

Changge lost both A'Dou and the Governor, who she respects and somewhat became a temporary father figure, in one episode. The heartbreak she suffered is unimaginable.
imagine, chng ge still a child but she have to go through so much pain. watching the people's she care and love die in front of her eye, is torturing and heartbreaking 💔

The use of animation for the fighting and other violent scenes is absolutely brilliant. Many people forget that it is just a film and this concept really brings you back to this realization. Incredible innovation.
Personally, I was very alienated by using animation during the battle.....they could take it off showing us a real battle with duration.

It's very rare to have a Goveror who really loves and cares for the people he is serving and is not taking merit of the people's efforts and sacrifices. I really cried in this episode. Both A'Dou and the General supported and trusted Changge. Imagine the heartbreak Changge felt. :((

What a heartbreaking episode. We knew A'Dou was going to die the way he departed on his own. Glad he died a hero. But gosh what a lonely feeling at the dinner table without A'Dou. And likely next is the governor. Good folks just don't live long. Too, too sad.

Everyone acted extremely well in this episode - the general boy, the Commander, ChangGe, little Yuan and the Commander's wife, and many more. Please do not forget ZhaoLuSi. She's a great actress too. She nailed the character of the pure and docile princess so well! Kudos to them all!!
I really want to praise Leo Wu for his acting, he gives you those micro facial expressions that means everything to make the scene give off that kind of emotions. Dilreba DID SO WELL, and the actor Adou mahnn he made me cry hard! This whole episode is created so well! Hands up again to the production team!

Sheeeessshhhh the scene where the kid kneeled and bowed down to his master, that hit me hard. Fabulous death scene really well done. and probably the most emotional episode so far in the series.
This is my fav episode of this Series. Reba was phenomenal in this ep. Her acting was explosive, so sad and convincing and honest. She should have received a lot more compliments for her vastly improved acting in this series. It is sad that Tencent tried to stop Wu Lei from being so famous so they didn't advertise the series that much and kept pushing the storyline of the side couple which is a formulaic boring romance. Reba is still the most famous actress in China at the moment but not much press cover positively about her acting. It is sad that they kept saying that she is only beautiful when in all actuality, she is also a very good actress.

@@nthapa2640 There was a dispute between Wu Lei's mother and Tencent. There was a series that was adapted from a boy love story where there are 2 main male leads. Wu Lei's mother was not happy about 2 male leads (she was probably a bit conservative or think too highly of her son) so she asked Tencent to push for Wu Lei to be the main lead, they argued back and forth and the filming date was near so Tencent was angry and decided to replace Wu Lei with another actor and after that they announced that they would not advertise Wu Lei anymore. At the same time Zhao Lousi just signed the contract with Tencent so they pushed her up very obviously in this series. Wrote a lot more parts for her, got her on hot search and intentionally pushed the side couple on the front page. Many articles said horrible and untrue things about Reba's acting and her chemistry with Wu Lei. That was why Reba and Wulei's fans were really angry.

I heard the original role of Sun was supposed to be another actor. The lead actor from Bloody Romance who is another great young actor. He pulled out due to personal issues. So Wu Lei is the 2nd choice. So glad he took the part!

Reading the comment section helps me prepare for the death of A'Dou. Tbh, I hate spoilers but these spoilers really helped me cope up with his impending death. I still grieve his loss but I realized that his death was not in vain and he contributed greatly to the success of the war. He is really his master's disciple. A'Dou died a heroes death and I'm gratefully happy that he has been given the chance to live his life with purpose 😭🙌♥️ Thank you Changge 💕

Female lead - Dilraba Dilmurat: I have seen her in a few other lead roles (they were awesome) but this one is a real tear jerker.
Male lead - Leo Wu: what a good looking and charming young man. I read his resume and wow, he's been busy since childhood!
Actually all in all a great performance from all of them!

Actually, he didn't killed his own soldiers; he killed Tang's soldier, who then hit and blocked the soldier that was going to hurt Changge. Although he doesn't want to hurt Changge, he is not those type of person who will sacrifice his own people either.
其实我更喜欢战争里穿插动画的地方，因为有些场景真的挺血腥的，马伤到嘴暴走，踩死士兵，士兵被水淹死啥的用动漫的话可以全画出来，而且也不会难受😣。当然也可能是因为我看剧会看的超级投入，所以就算是动画也不能让我出戏😂
大陸的電視劇越來越好看了，與台灣已經不可同日而語了。台鐵高鐵建設還有缺水的水利建設，就看出來了，台灣政棍只肯買網軍 買出口轉內銷的內宣新聞 媒體，根本不做長久建設。以後缺水的日子還有的熬 會越來越惡化的。唉

me too. i can't sleep. my brain is spinning all night long. i can't imagine when Dilraba manifest her emotional during the shooting. behind the scene, she was totally collapsed. she siting on ground still crying. two of the workers walk towards her and stand there watching after giving her the tissue. they wanted to make sure her is ok.
