I've never seen a tiny house idea with multiple bedrooms. Kudos on that idea! The kitchen looked very practical and modern and had plenty of space for dishware/cookware/dry food. This seems like a great house size for college students.
Tiny house for cillege students? This would be considered a mansion in philippines.

Two bathrooms! I love the wash basin. That is unique. I haven't seen this feature before. Separate laundry room, outstanding. Love it. I would turn one of the upstairs bedrooms into an office.
Only critiques, actually preferences. Double compartment sink, wall to wall carpeting, take TV out and put facing couch. Larger table, somehow. Excellent design.
Shitty design! Very cramped, no storage space, very minimal closet space for clothes etc...and when it is raining or snowing, I have to go outside to do the laundry, right???
And on the top floor, having the sink outside the washroom was the grossest, most backwards design of this hideous concept! In order for the person to wash their hands after taking a piss or dump (unless they had the door open, but who the hell would want to use the washroom with the door open if other people lived in that house as well???), they would have to touch the door handle to exit the washroom to wash their hands! Ever heard of cross-contamination?? So the next person needing to use that particular washroom will end up touching the handles as well...the same handles that the person before him/her had touched before washing their hands!!!

You know, I love how you fit all those bedrooms and such a tiny space. This would also be ideal for college dormitories with bunk beds in all of the rooms too or something, just a thought. Really, really likes this, way to go. 😊😊😊

Korean design po ung kitchen .ganyan sa korea una ang kitchen. Minsan cr ang nauuna... hndi sila nag gumagawa ng house na nsa dulo ang cr or nsa gitna..😊😊😊

LOVE THIS! Looks so spacious with lots of window for natural light. The kitchen + outside dining table? I might shrink these into 3 rooms instead for solution. The only thg is that there's no car porch or garage. Over all, great design! 👍

I love the design of the house most specially all the spaces are well used. This is the kind of house that I want.

I love the outside and the fact that there is four actual bedrooms,with three children I know how hard it is to find a affordable four bedroom! I also love the laundry area together outside, I hate when the washer is in one place and the dryer is across the home somewhere else!!! However this 3D show made me feel sad,depressed feeling !!!
Maybe because the furniture more on gray and white tone 😅,..

But for me, I'ld change places in first floor. The kitchen where is the bedroom and near the lundary and backyard. And the bedroom, if needed, placed where is now the kitchen, making a modern loftbed tiny room.

What are the specific dimensions of the rooms??
Small? 4 bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, balcony, normal house. Never understood houses where you can literally get lost.

I've decided. This is gonna be our house. This is our house plan. I'm just gonna change and add a few things like: closed laundry space with glass door for outside, cabinets with doors, minimal lights, that room on the ground floor is gonna be my room and I'm gonna add a cat room beside it for our cats 🐱💜

I like the house great deal but it's a little bit too small so what I would do I would put another meter long make it eight meters and make the width instead of 4.5 would put 6 meter on the width
