I would think that many vegtables that like cooler weather would do really well during your winter months, since you dont get the type of winters that we have in Minnesota, but more like what southern parts of the united states have during their winter months.

I think that you should build a bigger run for your chickens….. Fenced in area well protected on the bottom against foxes and other predators…. Just my two cents.
Wondering do you have olive trees or plan to add many of them? Also, trees take lots of time to produce, but no better time than now, for any variety that you have in mind for the future years.
We do have some olive trees, 5 I think but would love to expand. We planted around 50 trees last winter but as you say it can take a while so tempted to get some more while we patiently wait 😊

Firstly, yes, assuming there's enough sun, this would be doable 😊 but with the house being built with the old stone it does take a fair bit to hear it. And language, we have just started formal Portuguese classes and have picked up some since moving here. With living rurally, we often don't have a choice but to try 😊 all the best Kindle 💚
I’m a bit puzzled about how the heat from the stove circulates throughout the house without a blower, fans, or ventilation system. Could you explain it in a short video if you’re up for it? Thanks a bunch!
Sorry if we caused confusion! We have the wood burner at one side of the house, the wood burning oven in the kitchen which is in the middle and the heat radiates enough from these two points to the rooms we use at the moment. Some fans may be beneficial in the future but doesn't seem essential for now

They stop laying during the winter time and need extra treats. Corn and sunflower hearts
