@@johsonemgz you need to fight the hardest boss in game with more HP than ethiron, damage resistance to almost all types of damage and enough damage itself to 3 shot full fledged PvE builds with high monster armor and over 580+ HP. It costing 30 less strength than hubris just to deal 2 LESS base damage and ONE higher scaling isn't an issue. A full hyperarmor crit is what the problem is hubris does just as much and damn near even more than this does just raw stat wise. But TLDR: it's not better hubris because of the stats the crit carries.
