Ma’am can you please share any reference for difference between clinical attachment loss and level?!
I have question regarding this subject. I would be appreciated if you can explain me the answer. The question is: periodontal charting of tooth #3, lingual pockets are 7-5-4. After SRP, see apical migration of gingival margin of 1mm & notice that the pocket depth is 2mm. How much attachment did you regain?
This is the drawback of cal and ppd. Here comes the role of ral. I.e. relative attachment level which has a fixed visible reference point
