I haven't tried it yet, but I have been told you can upload your Tik Tok video as a video pin on Pinterest. A great way to create one piece of content and use it on multiple platforms 😉

You can also use a link shorterner like Bit.ly to do this. Just go to Amazon, Find the link to your book, add it to a Link Shortener then add that short link to the bottom of your Tiktok Promo video.
