AI Animated 2023 Victorian Medieval Festival

I had an absolute blast capturing this footage at the 2023 Victorian Medieval Festival, and I learned a lot while experimenting with AI video-to-video processing to give it an animated look.
While I typically focus on live-action filmmaking, I'm genuinely excited about the creative possibilities that AI unlocks. For this video, AI tools have undoubtedly streamlined the process, but it wasn't as simple as applying an AI filter and calling it a day. Despite the remarkable advancements in AI tools, traditional animation techniques and editing also played a crucial role in bringing this video to where it is.
Many thanks to the festival organisers and Kryal Castle for hosting such an incredible event! I can't wait to return next year and capture more medieval magic.
