It is a great album. I know a lot of people are going to be happy about this one. Hoping the Beatley news keeps rolling in 2025! I figured this release would be nice and early in the year.
I will be getting the CD set of this for sure. I was 15 when this came out and whole album is special as he played most of it in 76 when I saw Wings in Detroit. Yes ...Rubber Soul....let's go. take care
No CD on this release. Only vinyl. Thinking the closest CD release to this would be the SHM-CD that came out late last year. So amazing you got to see Wings. That had to have been an amazing experience. Take care as well.
What is so exciting about this??? Tell me the great thing about Venus and Mars half speed cash grabs! This is just another example of McCartney going after all the collectors who need everything even though this album has been released on the Archive Series There is no new music on this album! Don’t know why the excitement! Half speed is not really any different so you’re just buying the album again and again!
I respect your opinion. But it is no cash grab. They aren’t holding a gun to your head forcing you to buy it. Plus, the half speed masters have all been well received by all that have purchased them. So yes, I am excited for this. And I know several other Macca fans who will be also.

Very cool. Pretty awesome album to start with. Enjoy the Half Speed Master when you get it.
I used to have a nickname for this album… “Paul’s Balls” Love the album though.. My 2nd favorite Paul Solo next to “Ram”..
