Merry Christmas also. I’ve got a few of their albums besides this one. Always enjoyed them. Love the harmonies and the goofy lyrics. If it’s not the Beatles I love goofy songs I’m realizing. Though the Beatles and solo had some goofy stuff too.

I have that Macca III also. I have a few more besides that. Hoping to find some more of his recent releases too on SHM.

I’m thinking it’s something from the Archive release. Not sure why they included it though as they try to replicate the original. Or why not all got the Archive book as well. Guessing they wanted to add a little more value to that one as no gatefold or posters or anything.

Yeah. I can’t believe how many copies of these albums I have. And still plan on adding more! I got two brand new BOTR’s in 2024 alone with the Underdubbed and the SHM. Plus two copies of the vinyl with the Half Speed Master (just for the Obi) and the Underdubbed box.

@@BeatleDustino Haha, this was 'only' my second copy of BOTR this year, after getting the Underdubbed CD. But I loved the Ram SHM, so it had to be done! And they're limited edition, so the FOMO was too much. One SHM/remaster I'd like to see is the Unplugged album

@@BeatleDustino It’s weird because I don’t have paper inner sleeves for Sgt. Pepper either. But everything else is good. The White Album has the Beatles embossed on the cover and everything. Unless I got a high quality counterfeit 😆

I bought a second copy years ago. Now I might open that one and compare them.. Really confused over my box set! 😂

It’s possible. I’ve heard people report some albums look fantastic and others look like the fakes.

@@BeatleDustino Not sure! Going to open the other one and compare them. I may have a wonderful counterfeit. Even the White Album had the top sealed on top like yours. Fonts look good too. SO bizarre..

These should be very close to what was packaged with the original Japanese release. I haven’t seen That 70’s show in awhile. But I seem to remember that. I’ll have to watch an episode or two to be reminded.

Sorry I messed that up. Sad part is I was reading it right off the back as I said it. I remember thinking “wow, I’m reading this out loud” as I was filming it. Watched it now and know that for sure. Excellent documentary and that would have been great seeing that when it happened.

I agree! Snowed In is one of the best Christmas albums ever. It does not feel like Christmas until I’ve heard it in its entirety. Finally It’s Christmas is not far behind either!!!

@ yep. 30+ minutes long! But, one of the only places where you hear Jimmy Page use a violin bow on his guitar….to great, spooky effect.

I’ve seen video of him doing that. Absolutely amazing.

12” records at 45rpm are supposed to sound pretty decent as the have more room for the groove. Therefore more information in the groove. I believe. However I know of several 12” singles that are 33 1/3 RPM.
