- The Wilkins family have been farming and pressing apples in Somerset using methods unchanged for over 500 years. Roger, the larger-than-life farmer, has drawn attention from chefs and media worldwide, but it is Grandson, Dan who holds the reigns of the farm's future in the modern world.
