Excuse the extra noise and blips Ray used the tripod and filmed side ways. The side brush on our Neato stopped working so Ray replace the belt (ORing).
The bit is a tamper proof T10 Torx bit(the ones where the scre has a pin in the middle that fits into a hole in the bit). Sorry we didn't call that out. The Craftsman screwdriver is just a Phillips head
@@teamklutzy5652 I bought the screwdriver, but some of my screws are stripped, so I cannot turn them, do you have any idea on how can I unmount the robot using other instruments?
@@luigisinatra8467I’ve got the same issue. The 8 screw that require the T10 are totally striped and they’re supposedly brand new. Did you ever find a solution?
Good video! (Liked it) Which error did you have? Thx
We didn't have a code it had stoppedd spinning.
Is this a neato D5 ?
This is a D7 sorry for the confusion, I'm guessing D5 is similar as many parts are the same but I can't confirm.
Sorry, but what is the screw driver you used? Which tip is it?

@@luigisinatra8467 Without seeing, it is hard to say. You might be able to drill the heads off.
Torx T10 is the screws on "D6 Connect"

It isn't worth the work to take the entire unit a part.
