Joell Ortiz is extremely underrated. He's a true lyricist who's honest and he's one of the most creative rappers in the game today. He's had a buzz in NYC for years with his mixtapes and he often reps a lot of neighborhoods that have been overlooked in most rap from NY.

It's sad how the public hates on raw organic talent like Joell & rather listen to most of today's "no substance" kind of music all day. Like Joell said, there's a time for everything. I'm an 80's baby & I listen plus embrace what everyone brings to the table. I listen to Drake, Wayne, T.I., YG & even Young Thug but there comes a time in my day where I want to listen to real bars, real substance & Joell is one of those artist I'll look for.
