I always thought of this.. since the digital nomad type of work is hard to get off the ground or takes a big learning curve.. Doing part time seasonal work can get you started right away with lower risk...

You could use that time to work on some projects that might bring you in passive income, or possibly find some flexible remote work. Or you can just enjoy the free time to travel and live your life.
