Is the Born-Oppenheimer approximation valid/reliable only for the calculation of ground-state electronic states not for the excited states...Please clarify
Sir could you upload videos related to questions that can be asked from this topic ? Like 4-5 questions more . ABC are correct but I am not sure about the last statement. Since it won’t be accurate if the system has more that 2 electrons .
A, B, C are correct sir... D, I think it may correct because we learnt that way... Have to think about the other possibilities too sir... So please inform us about option D sir. Thank you sir... No words can be enough to thank you for this video sir...
I have read it in Mcquarie but I didn't gave much attention at that time.. now I get it and I will again study that from the book... Thank you sir❤️
a,b and c are correct according to Bohrn Oppenheimer equation
A b c are correct not d bcoz for one electron many nuclei system also this approximation can be used
Just beautiful explanation ❤
Sir please upload more frequent videos on new topics for gate exam it is really helpful anyway thankyou 😊
Thanks sir आपका कार्य सर्वोत्तम है 🙏
What are Za and Zb? Nuclear charges A & B? And why does (1/r12) represent potential energy? The inverse distance and PE are not the same thing?
Look in levine book ...charges of electrons are not mentioned here but it should be e2/r12 ..but its ok
Sir.. Ur vdo is very helpful to me🥰
Thank you so much. Plz post more problems sir. 😊😊😊
Cleared all confusions through this video only for you
Thanks plzzz upload more videos about computational chemistry,
Sir pls explain some questions with the theory part regarding to the newly added gate topics
Thank you, Now I Understand :)
Is the Born-Oppenheimer approximation valid/reliable only for the calculation of ground-state electronic states not for the excited states...Please clarify
Sir didn't understand, the relationshi, how you relate Electronic wavefunction of electron and potential energy of the nucleus.
please make videos for break down of born oppenheimer also
A b c are correct
All are correct except option D. D is wrong I think so far. Hope you will justify my answer.
