When I'm creating a meeting from Calendar, is there a way I can change the online meeting to default to Zoom rather than Teams? Mine isn't doing that. Also, when I'm chat, I'm not seeing all of the message extensions that you made reference to. How can I turn those features on?

Thank you for this very informative video. I will be conducting a few trainings for the Army. Zoom is my preferred platform for training. However, the Army wants us to use TEAMS instead of Zoom due to perceived security issues. If Zoom is used within TEAMS would that take care of any security issues?
I'm using Teams (and Zoom) from my work notebook. Sadly searching "Zoom" or "zoom" in the App-Tab doesn't find the Zoom app. When hitting "manage apps" I don't get any better results or something like "add apps from somewhere" or whatever. Is my organization basically blocking me from using this? What I am actually trying to do and which has been said to be impossible is: Having Zoom behave like Teams with meetings. They will be shown in the Reminder-Box, but I have to click to open, then click the link inside, then it'll open a browser window and after that it'll realize I've got the Zoom app and make me join the meeting. I'd also like a pop-up when a meeting starts and I'd like the reoccuring meetings other ppl invited me to to show up in Zoom, not only Outlook - do you have an idea whether this can be achieved? Just integrating Zoom into Teams could also be helpful - if I only got the app into the search bar...
Love your videos, @tattooedNerd - so informative. I'm just getting my organization set up with the Zoom to MS Teams integration and I'm struggling to add participants when scheduling a meeting. It doesn't auto-suggest addresses for anyone outside of our direct Microsoft 365 users (e.g., external users/ global address book). Where does Zoom pull its information from so I can dig into what may be missing! Thanks, -L
