“Is anyone using Zoom instead of Teams for meetings and if so, why? Has anyone switched from one to the other? We have been using Zoom for all meetings and our phones but I'm starting to think about switching to Teams and want to hear thoughts of others."

Zoom's Terms of Service and recent clarifications state that Zoom does not record or use customer audio, video, chat, or other communications content to train its AI models without explicit user consent.
