The protective cases you see in the video are Star Cases made by ProTech. They are the Star Cases made for the vintage Playmates Star Trek figures. The vintage figures I showcase in this video are:

Very nice and clean figs. I have 10 of those carded, of which 7 are unpunched .Got all of them from same collector . Now I have had a terrible time finding anymore of them in the wild. I don't buy sight unseen so internet isn't an option for me. Anyone in Georgia know where I could find some? Please let me know. Your collection is great dude!!!

Thanks for watching. I got most of these back in 2005-2006 so the market was nowhere near what it’s like now. The 4 1988 Turtles are all original 10 backs.

Trying to buy back my childhood and really could use some advice. What’s the difference in the 1988 and 1990 original 4 Turtles? I can’t differentiate them. Could you help? By the way, AMAZING COLLECTION!

The most common way to identify those original 1988 figures is why they are called “10 backs”. Just look at the cross promoted figures on the back. There should be pictures of 10 figures on those original 1988 releases. 6 good guys: the 4 Turtles, April and Splinter. 4 bad guys: Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, and Foot Soldier.

On the shelf behind you what figures are the ones between your original playmates tmnt figures and the newer playmates figures? Never seen them before

The small ones? Those came with the TMNT cartoon season 7 sets. They are 2” replicas of the original 1988 figures. Their weapons are molded into their hands though.
