Why does anyone listen to this guy?
The guy is a useless eater and contribute's zero to society. He is a property shill.
Useless means useless. Eats our food and offers zero to society other then money changing hands.
Offers zero to society. Zero. Like all realeaste agents. He has no capabilties at all. Nothing.
Tom, you and your realestate pals need to be more productive within tbe community. Seriously you are a realestate agent/auctioneer. When you go to bed at night do you often think what do you really contribute to society? Are you a plumber or electrician or a builder?
This must eat you on a personal level. You offer nothing to society but shill realeastate.
Realestate is not productive. Ots money changing hands.
Tom you are apart of the problem. You are not being productive.
My advice to you is get productive, have meaning in your life. Dig up and fix a footpath, stack shelves. Do something that represents productivity. Not standing on a street corner bidding up property.
