All by ear, and I'm also a producer I've been making music since 2008 bro. Listen to the song, listen to the hooks where he uses lower octaves and you'll hear that it's very light tuned OR pitch corrected so it sounds tight. On Recovery you can hear the vocal stacks aren't QUITE as tight, they have a much looser feel because the lower octaves aren't tuned, it's just his natural voice. There's a few songs on MMLP and I THINK revival that don't have any tuning, but I'm not sure about revival, I barely even heard about that one let alone listened to it. If you can't hear the tuning on those songs, it doesn't mean I'm wrong though, I know how to spot autotune and pitch correction because I've used them lol

I loved the old school Snoop Dogg but as of late his music I can do without it. As one of the OG greats you would think he would have never came out publicly and tried to trash Eminem. Eminem is to me the status of RAP. He can flow switch his rhymes using different pockets. The way he pauses so you can let a line sink in is absolutely what makes him great 💯. All by ear, and I'm also a producer I've been making music since 2008 bro. Listen to the song, listen to the hooks where he uses lower octaves and you'll hear that it's very light tuned OR pitch corrected so it sounds tight. On Recovery you can hear the vocal stacks aren't QUITE as tight, they have a much looser feel because the lower octaves aren't tuned, it's just his natural voice. There's a few songs on MMLP and I THINK revival that don't have any tuning, but I'm not sure about revival, I barely even heard about that one let alone listened to it.
If you can't hear the tuning on those songs, it doesn't mean I'm wrong though, I know how to spot autotune and pitch correction because I've used them lol

I loved the old school Snoop Dogg but as of late his music I can do without it. As one of the OG greats you would think he would have never came out publicly and tried to trash Eminem. I would say that eminem is one of the best maybe even the best from a technical stand point but not from a musical stand point. He's songs are great to listen to the story and just how he flows but it's just nothing you can play in the background and chill to. You always have to listen actively.
