conor calvert everyone has their demons, but he's telling his truth. Its traumatic for a young man to not have a relationship with their father. He's not bashing him, he's coming to terms with his father's failures and is trying to move on and grow from it, not holding on to the negativity.

Its not traumatic to have a father who loved you growing up. Maybe pops was not ideal and had his problems but it doesn't seem traumatic maybe embarassing.
I just believe Bow Wow got a taste of celebrity and felt ashamed of his father n still do. My whole thing is it doesnt seem like he did what he did because he had love for father n wanted to grow. Seemed more like a snobbish way of writing him off and selling it as a look everybody I tried.
To compare your father to JD is not fair and its weird to see a grown man steady pulling on a grown mans dick who isnt your father. JD is not yo daddy he got kids

conor calvert your father is supposed to teach you, it had to be hard wanting to play basketball or talk or play video games or whatever little boys like to do, and you can't because the person who is supposed to guide you has no self control or can't stop binge drinking for a day or two because he wants you to see the best him even if the world sees he ain't shit, both my parents had demons but I never seen it and it never affected me or how I seen them they cared how I looked at them, jd mad him a man so that is his dad he met him at a time he needed him and he was there for him, how else is he supposed to feel about him?

Lets talk to his mom and let's see what really happened between her and his dad. We will understand better why his dad wasn't around if we just talked to his moms and pops. Who was Bow Wows mom ? She hooked her son up with Death Row at age 5 , what !!!??? Industry plant Bow Wow is. Bow Wow a cool guy tho. I think his moms did some strange things when she was young. Somebody sacrificed somethin for him to get started at 5 years old and it began with Death Row.

Toddell Foster His mom went to The Chronic tour and she took him with her. They were in the front row. Snoop and Dre ask the audience who can rap and his mom was sitting on her shoulders and they seen them in the front row. They put him on stage and he rapped for them. Snoop and Dre was amazed and they took them on tour to 4-5 shows. He got signed to Death Row at age 5. True story. He was Snoop “Gin and Juice video. He was they little kid with the braid plats in his hair jumping on the couch. He was on Snoop’s Doggystyle album skit. People thought he was lying but Snoop clarified it and said it was true.

If there was closure, as he stated here himself, there’s no need to bring up old stuff. I understand his father did what he did, but he’s acting as if they are in a good place now and the next minute he’s speaking negatively about him. If he has “truly” gotten closure from he and his fathers relationship he wouldn’t feel the need to bash him. He obviously did not get the closure that he needs. I can’t speak on their relationship because I am not them, but clearly he hasn’t let go of what his father had done, if he sneak disses his father like that. He sort of contradicts everything that he says...one minute he says he and his dad are good now, but you’re giving specific info on the things that he’s done and in detail- might I add. That’s not how closure works.

Starmade93 somewhere along the hip hop guidelines it seems that you need to hate women disrespect women and love men. Just goes to show you, you can have all the money in the world and you can't buy loyalty you can't buy a father you just accumulate all this material bullshit and claim mfs who may genuinely fuck with you or be out to get you out. why you think these mfs love each other than dropping a damn "dis" track. Bottom line the only relationship or relative outside my immediate family I'm claiming is GOD. And that's what's missing my brother
