Wow, what a heaven, T-BOX! What a feast! Expensive, yes, but the quality seems so good. The crabs, the shells etc. Yes, must cover because they might squirt when grilled. Chawanmushi and nice beef and motsu. Glad you got a shot of sake and red wine. I agree with someone below that buffets are difficult and frustrating if you do not eat so much. If I was 25 yo again I would go and indulge, but now in my late 60´s I do not think I would go to this place, I eat too little. I prefer to find the places where I can order just as much as I want, but that is easy, I lived many years in Japan. Arigato! P.S. Funny, I am Swedish and I often find buffets in Japan are being called Viking. Not smorgasbord. But that is ok :-)

If there was a place in America that did the exact same seafood as this it will be probably $150 or more person. Almost all this need to be imported.
