7 max hits doesnt matter with how its damage works anymore the damage is meant to be split so that whether its hitting 3 enemies, 2, or 1, it always doing the same DPS with 7 max hits it would just do tiny same amount of damage to 7 enemies at a time
thanks to how the dmg depends on how many enemies are present, it would mean the dmg would be multiplied by 5x. you’re practically getting 100 dmg per shot; and with a firerate of 0.4, it would be around 250 dps. Finally making it deal great dps.

necromancer is really op for long maps like polluted wastelands because you can summon 3-5 times without the skeletons dying which is really op for killing the boss

I think the soul meter should be different based on how many players are there since it benefits from having more players. With 3 and 4 yeah it should stay the same while 1 having like 600 to 700 and 2 players have 900 to 1000.
The purpose of necromancer is to act as a form of side DPS. Costing less than accelerator, having near full-map range, and being able to summon skeletons in places where they’ll survive the longest, not even to mention how much slower Executioner skeletons move is a massive buff. 37.5 DPS may be low, but it makes up for it with its much better consistency and range. Also consider that it’s currently one of the cheapest lategame DPS towers, costing about 200k to get all 3, meaning it can be used easily as side DPS. It’s not like you spent all of your gems to buy it.
At this point, just make executioner skeleton work like molten monster the only difference is executioner skeleton's axe throw since it works differently than molten monster's fireball. Atleast spawning him is somewhat worth it.
range 20-32 fire rate 0.3 -> 0.4 dmg 20->15 max hit 7 -> 3 total cost 43550 -> 66070 graves buff but soul need 30 -> 1440 !?? (we almost cant use full graves twice in a wave i dont think its a buff, old one better

Because it multiplies the damage from the other 3 beams when on crowd control. If fused into one. It deals 45 damage which is good against Bosses and enemies with Boss Modifers. He just needs to be played right
Aye @FARDIO5113 . Wikiacolor's mention how good he is when going against single target enemies. I tested it in sandbox and by combining 3 Beams into a single target. He went from 15 DPs to 45 DPs. Talk about game changer right there!

but the executioner was never RNG, it always worked like that, you needed to reach max level of the gravestone to be able to spawn it, at least that's how it used to work when i played the last time, we always be able to see how the gravestone upgrades each time the necromancer deals damage. Now the thing that i see it's nerfed is that now you have to wait more time to spawn an executioner
the gravestones pre-rework were pure rng, you were probably just lucky enough to never get 19 skeleton knights and 5 hallow guards out of your max necromancers (or worse)

According to the balancers, Necromancer has an average DPS of 400 without buffs in the most COMMON scenario. Not best case, not worse case. What I understand from this? People are being too one sided. It's not amazing. It's not complete ass. It's Good. Just good. He's more consistent and hes better for Trio and quad. In solo and duo id pass.
Agree soulmeter sucks however necro already has 1300dps when fully buffed so if he could have a smaller soulmeter then he would be too broken and it will suck the fun of the game

Necromancer was moved to hardcore since its no longer only available near halloween. Its new price is 2250 gems now i believe.
