So, Amy has no guilt in this? The writers do not consider that they are the same age, the level of experience, and that they both drink too much. Like being impaired is OK to protect her from responsibility, but not Aaron. If he was a 30 to 40 something going after Amy, different story. Drinking yourself to unconscioussness is not an excuse for either of them. Then the writers have her continue that drinking behavior. Drunks do not behave in a responsible manner... a reason alcohol should have the same legal issue as other controlled substances. What happened could easily be construed as intrapment in other situations.
