    is there anyway that the teacher can view all the breakout rooms simultaneously? This would be to ensure the younger students are working and are not using the time to have an adverse affect on other students

      As of February 2021 you can only be in one breakout room at a time. So no checking on multiple rooms simultaneously.

    Ma'am in activities icon I don't have breakout rooms option so what can i do ?

    • @saperis
      @saperis  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends. Breakout rooms are only available to Google Workspace (business & education) version. If you are using your Gmail's Google account you won't have breakout rooms available.

    I dont have that breakout room option. What should I do?

    • @saperis
      @saperis  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      First off, breakout rooms are only available for paid Google Workspace account.
      Second, you have to be the moderator of the call. The moderator is the person who sent out the Google Calendar invite for the Google Meet call. You can change ownership of such a call if someone else scheduled the call for you: support.google.com/calendar/answer/78739?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en#zippy=%2Ctransfer-an-event-to-a-calendar-you-dont-own

    Is this break out room an extension? If so, what is the name of this extension

    • @saperis
      @saperis  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, this is a part of Google Workspace. It's available from Google Workspace Business Standard plan onwards: workspace.google.com/pricing.html
