Hi I have had this guitar for years, battery lasts very long time (like half a year at least) you must unplug it when not playing. If ou do so and still have problems, you might have something wrong with electronics inside.
Great playing, cool mods (I think you rewired to add a piezo pickup? ) Was just talking to the people at Sadowsky that said "any semi-hollow guitar with a center block is a solid-body w a hole in it." That bugged the s*** outta me so I have been trying to figure out how to amplify the inner chambers of a semi-hollow. No idea what you did (language barrier) but I MUST know as I am buying an M-custom this week,possibly putting a duoTron (tvjones) in the bridge. Any guidance in English much appreciated: I do not want to rely on gooogle translate. H
Hugh Schick Hey there, it seems you have already found the answer for question yourself. The block thing might be a myth, it's always much better to try and play guitars and decide what sounds best to you. As far as we know, these guitars are not alternatives to hollow bodies. They just claim to give you many possibilities in terms of guitar sounds on a single guitar. By the way, we never mod guitars before shooting these videos. These are all sold, tested and recorded brand new in one day before we ship them . Regards.

Just called Cort: they sell two M-customs, one with piezo fishman saddles and one without: sorry for the (seemingly) stupid question.
