Born in 1952, went through the '50s, 60's, '70s, 80's, 90's and now 2024 ! I love these clips of the older "rockers" dancing , I had forgotten how intense they could be... look at them feet move...😂🤣🤣 !!
I just turned 80 and I grew up in this era. Oh if only we could turn the clock back.
i just turned 50, and i agree. My Aunt and Uncle were awesome folk, and danced till they couldn;t dance no more! Post War California, Desert rats!
you luck you have lived in that ara i wish i had a time mechine im 34 and i dont like this time ara its gowin to fast with all the electronics and mentality of the peeple now

The kids were all doing silly dances, to 2 minute, basic, 'degenerate' songs, while conservatives complained.. What's changed?
@@djlau1 What do you think this music was in the 1950s?
Cars ,bikes and babes, the 50s had it all.
lindas musicas e boa sorte
The 50s is the most beautiful influential and most iconic era then any era hands down. Greaser till the I die. Yes Sir🤝🏻
I remember all my buds in high school greased out. 👊🏻
Hello, I'm 16 years old and I don't know what it is, but I'm fascinated by the 50s and 70s. I like the cars, the clothes, the music, everything is brilliant. It's a shame that I wasn't allowed to experience this great time.
keep it, someday it will be gone. no memories , just stories
Thank liberals and the 60s for fucking everything up. Now all those hippies are rich and you can only afford an apartment with 3 roommates
Dont get it. Why?
Sad but true
The moment when you see that your grandparents are cooler than you XD
🤣😎🤣
My grandfather was 74 when this was recorded in 1959, and I wouldn't be born for 7 more years. But yup, definitely a cool era.
My grandma used to tell me hard drugs like cocaine and heroin were sold at drug stores without prescription. But most people never thought of abusing them.
That tells you what kind of people they were. Raised right with common sense.
good !!!
The 1950's look fun,no one gave a crap about anything and people were just having fun instead of complicating everything.it was probably a lot different if you actually lived it but i just sit back and enjoy the music
Yes they did. Conservatives hated this music. They tried to ban Elvis, for God's sake!!
I was about 6 to 13 years old when most of this was happening. Brought back good times. At 76 now does my heart good to hear some good music again!
I'm 77 now and I feel the same way. Lol
very interesting your comment, I'm 16 years old, I wish I was born at that time, I think I'm one of the less than 5% of teenagers who like this type of music.
@@YUU-OTOSAKA42. A wise man once told me; We are all victims of our birth date. Something which we had no control over. Happily for you most of this music is still around today for you to enjoy. It isn't time travel, it won't place you in the place but you can hear what it sounded like.
Enjoy!!

@@YUU-OTOSAKA42. You are most welcome.
born in '52. ALL the stuff on here is cool! ALL OF IT!!
Life was so simple back then and a lot more fun.
Real Detroit steel going around the track, you had to know how to handle a car, cause them cars didn't handle themselves back then. Gasoline and blood on the track! These boys were something else!
When California was the place to be, NOT NOW!!!
Gostei rock a bile é bem contagiante e enérgico! 👍
As a teenager in the 1980s, I can tell you we were nostalgic for a lot of the 1950s style and cars.
Now the 1980s are longer ago than the 1950s were back then. Mindfck.
As a teenager in the 90s, it seems a lot of us are grasping for the 60s style...
Does this mean my (great?) grand kids are going to dig the horrible tiktok generation? oh no...
Thats a chris angel mind fck
ces vrais moi je regarde les voiture j en ais connu et pas de tablette ou de cellulaire des danse a faire rêver vraiment .. bravo
As a 21-year-old seeing all the comments of older generations, it makes me wonder how simple life was. Life today feels like we're at the end of the rope and it's strangling my generation. Many of my peers and I see no future not only for our nation but for our lives, so much division, so much hate, more crime and violence today, and too many problems. Even school teachers and college professors tell us that we are screwed, I wish I could experience these simpler times.
Sim fascista. Não tinham negros nem homoafetivos nos clipes não é seu babaca!!!
It starts with yous, don't subscribe to the media bullshit, just try n chill and enjoy life👌
Take off the rose-colored glasses. The 50’s were not simple and there were terrible problems afflicting people all around the globe.
So true

I just love swing dancing used to have a great partner but he passed away. Don't know if I could still dance like this. Hips are shot. But couldn't get me off the dance floor. Awesome times. Qué locura de juventud!!😮
Amazing so many of us survived driving those old death traps like drunken sailors on country roads without seat belts
согласен с тобой кто ниже пишешь по русски и я балдею раньше и не видел не попадалось случайно поймал я доволен хорошее время
I grew up in the 80s, and loved it, but boy I wish I could have experienced the 50s. They look pretty fun, as well.
They we're the greatest times!
If you were white and had a daddy with money.
If you were black or below middle class , they were brutal times.
So I guess they wouldlook fun when all that's sown is the fun stuff.
But the 40's and 50's were a rough and very violent time for those who didn't fit a certain ideal!
War was hapening with Korea and on the cusp in vietnam!
The greaser movement (those who slathered palmade in their hair and acted like the "reble" against the man!
I wish I could have had the June Cleaver experience. Sadly, I'd need a time machine for that to happen.
@@brandonlesko3126 I'm not clear on this. You'd like to be a 1950s suburban housewife? Please explain.
Wow, I like these cars.
I was born 1950, a youngster, not even preteen during this decade, but I had older cousins born right after WWII, this was their generation. Mine was the 60's. But I love this music because they listened to this.
I guess you enjoyed listening to this with your older cousins?, unforgettable memories...
Hello Jayna
Looking back at the 1970s as a 64 year old, it was the most amazing and care free time of my life. A truly magical time
Looks like it was a cool time
Oh! Mi corazón tiembla, el ritmo se deja llevar con mis pasos...
That's just Swell WALLY 😂
what memories buried in this music so energetic. you can't stay static while listening to it, it makes you want to beat the rhythm too much. It was the time of a youth spent in the recklessness of the post-war period, swollen with too much enthusiasm, wanting to laugh, sing, flirt and get drunk on the sweets of life.
thank you to all ephemeral artists who still contribute today beyond their disappearance to drag us into a whirlwind of frenzied music after having lived a stupid war, too long and so cruel for their twenty years
All those L.A. towns are dangerous today. You wouldn't want to drive there especially at night.
This is the greatest short form music ever
Keep on!
Just drives me crazy trying to figure out those old cars. I was born in 53 , but there were a lot of 50’s cars still around through the 60’s. Film footage like this is a real treasure!!
オ―ルディーズ最高↗️↗️😁😍🎶🍻✨‼️これからも聞き続けます🧐✨‼️💯♥️🤤✨‼️
They sure had good rock n roll back then 💯🎸💚
I’m 40 years old now so born in ‘79 but I’ve always liked the ‘50’s era. The music, the cars, the attitude, the confidence, the innocence, the way we dressed...the America we know today was born then and lives on in the videos, music and cars from then. I stop and talk to anyone alive then who’s willing to share their stories. I wish we connected more like people did back then. Like settling disputes on the track!
Merci pour toutes ces vidéos et ces chansons.

Jeff I had just turned 14 in 79 had the best Saturday job out of all me mate's £15 and tips proper hard graft but I loved it I was 6foot at 14 bought a drum kit for £30 quid from a friends older brother's mate didn't have the money for lessons but I was young and full of desire no one was going to stop me from drumming after a while got into a band, there was a great rockabilly band around at the time the stray cats if you've never heard of erm check them out they were the must see group of the early 80's they had the sound of the 50's absolutely knock out double bass player would jump on to the side of his bass stand up drummer anyway keep rocking man

@@anthonygaby6617 Hi Anthony, When I was living in England in the Early 80's, I was given a free ticket by a buddy who couldn't make it to a gig I never heard of. It was the Straycats. 6 weeks later, they were on T. V. with Runaway Boys. Got autographs too. Best Rockabilly gig ever.

haha, back in those days all we had was school and religion but I quit school and stopped going to church, got a job and bought a car. Then I had a home on wheels with a radio and speed.
