Catching a mixed bag of BIG Vermont bass! My first ever fishing trip to the Green Mountain State was one to remember. While still in the prespawn conditions, the smallmouth bass and largemouth bass were fat and feasting. We started the day specifically targeting smallmouth, but as the day went on and the water warmed up, we changed direction to go after some bigger largemouth to round out they day. This was one of my better days on the water this year for smallmouth bass, and one of my best days with a jerkbait yet.

603Bass will do! I have a couple questions. What jerkbaits are you throwing 4-8 8-12? And are you seeing them on the finder or are you targeting offshore structure like chunk rock/ boulder. or grass to sand transitions?

@@garyeplinglll Both, the Vision 110 and the 110+2. We were targeting steep banks and transition lines, both the sand to vegetation, and rocks to sand.
