Thank you for producing such a fantastic video, watching this really makes me felt as if I was a part of the buying trip in Japan with you guys! Love it and appreciate if you can produce more and more of these videos!
A very enjoyable video. I found your explanation of what you look for in a koi well paced and easy to understand, which I have not always found with other explanations I’ve seen, so kudos for that. Some lovely camera work as well.
WOW! I truly appreciate the significance of this video! How few really understand how far the work of these dedicated breeder have some to produce such gorgeous KOI! With gratitude! Looking forward to more! ATB
I've always wanted to open a koi farm in Sonoma California. It would be a fun break, "oh tired of tasting wine like you've been doing for the past four days straight? come check out our koi farm."
loved the video and the information. My one gripe..and its the same with all koi buying videos..we never get an idea of costs. I would love to know what a few of the individual fish cost..just for information.
I really wish you said what prices were for each different koi farm. I’m goi g next spring. I want this experience 100%! I’ve died twice and absolutely LOVE koi fish. I have seizures BADLY and the koi help calm me every morning❤. So ANY ADVICE would be great Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to do this video. Looking forward to see what artwork (koi) you bring back to the us. I do like the videos and have a list of ongoing dream koi. Just waiting for permits to build pond. I am going to need a big pond! God bless and stay safe!
The breeders are always harvesting more koi, haha. And yes! You have to be there. It is so true. I would love to come on a trip like this. I would be afraid to go on my own. I would probably get lost. It looks like a great time.
Great video! I have a few pressing questions 1. What happens to koi no one wants? 2. If the farmers sell their best koi what do they use for breeding stock? Are there breeders that are not for sale? 3. Is there are Koi that you wish you bought but didn't that haunts your dreams? 4. Do you get a refund if a fish does not survive the trip home? Does this happen?
The first box in your pattern section contained an AMAZING shiro utsuri. In fact in your first video on buying koi in Japan you had the most beautiful shiro utsuri Id ever seen

I know Koi are bought to look at. But was wondering with the size and amount of them, are they used to eat also in Japan?

Some nice Koi.👍🙂
Only 13 minutes in and I wish the video was longer.
Do you know what they sprayed in the viewing bowl after putting the doitsu sanke into the bowl??
We spray a light mist of rubbing alcohol on the surface of the water to get rid of the bubbles.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
👏👏👏👌
Vietsub pls 😂
I don't like it that you just throw the fish that you are not selecting. They are still living beings, please treat them with respect.
Why do some champion koi have a big hump with a head that is a little thinner and projects out from beneath the hump 🤔
❤
