1978 Chevy C30 Dually Camper Special & Vintage Camper Part 2 Will it run after sitting for 15+Years?

- We bought this 1978 Chevrolet C30 Camper Special sight unseen off of an auction in the state of Washington. It came with a period correct vintage camper. The camper and truck appear to be only a One Owner and look like they've been together since new! This dually has been sitting for 15 plus years! This is a true vintage Barn / Field Find. The Dually will make a great project and we have some awesome plans. Will this thing run after sitting for 15+ years? Who wants to see this thing slammed on the ground with some 22.5 semi wheels?

That is awesome! We wanted to drive this from Washington back home to Indiana. But being winter time we didn’t want to risk it in the mountains. So we had it delivered.

Got the CB and everything keep it original, don't slam it that look's stupid. That's a rarer truck these days with a 4 gear.

do you think the clutch was set like that from the factory? mine is "all the way at the top" too.. as much as i love that camper i would not feel safe driving it in 2021 with it.. i have a similar truck but mine is in way worse shape.. im working on it, though..
I’m not sure if they are all set like that or not.
that’s what I thought.. I have adjusted a few clutch pedals in my life.,, I just thought it was strange yours was like mine.. I have an 80 that was a lightly used company truck.. the guy bought it new and said it came like that.. the clutch fully disengages and engages 100%.. i set my 70 chevelle clutch pedal back to factory (according to assembly manual) and it starts to release at 50% at least.. maybe they changed it.. we always readjusted them.. i havent done that yet..
