Simple 1 Point American Bustle Through Tulle Layers

Start with the floating snap to disconnect the lining from the tulle layers.
Then put up the 2 point French bustle in lining. (The ribbons pair together.)
Hook at top, beneath pleat near zip.
Thread eye halfway down skirt with pearl to find it easily.
Hook eye onto hook.
Arrange the folds of the dress to lay nicely and get ready to dance!
