Problems with indian football- 1)Many indians play football as a hobby and few as a career because of their parents. 2)Schools don't support football they support studies. 3)Salaries of Indian footballers are very low compared to Indian cricketers. 4) Football is not a safe career in India compared to ther countries where government supports football with many helping. 5)You can note how many coaching institutes for exams like jee,neet etc are there and how much less football institutes in comparison to the former.

The 5th points hurts quite hard af. It's a shame but that's the harsh truth Imagine we had KBFC , FCG , ATKMB , CFC and other ISL clubs bring their own academies throughout their own states and other states. imagine the talent the clubs can farm , sadly what a state this country is in.

Table Tennis had been doing grass root development for years.. Now they are reaping the rewards.... It's amazing to hear national team don't have an under 15 team.. From under 10 it's should start in my opinion...
what now? blame the govt, corporates, fans but cant even do bare minimum play in FIFA Qualifier!!!! Coach says if we dont understand his football then we dont know football? Sickness of the AIFF and Coach and all Players looting Govt. Money paid through our taxes, this team doesnt deserve AFC
Lots of complaints about ISl football players being overpaid and no funds for youth development. Then why is the panel not discussing implementing some salary cap scheme? Seems like it can solve multiple problems like freeing up funds for youth academies and providing more incentive for talented Indian players to try to play in foreign leagues.
This things not new for AIFF.... always repeated.... everytime, 😢 where is Indian football play style.... And you remember guys that time...knows every country ....how good India football sometimes very popular in 90's century.....but now what is wrong with them...🇮🇳⚽why...? need to manage atlest 40 matches for every teams in ISL, for that each team has to face other thrice
