What difficulty would you say this is? I did a similar thing but with spinning camera, instakills and forced first person and its like SC atleast with them on
For reference I didn't complete it I swear toae is easier

i would honestly say this is around remorseless or insane with these modifiers, you can be sure about it once you try this build yourself, you must atleast have actual speedrun skills if you want to do this
im not an expert at difficulties, so dont trust me entirely on this one here
