Love this new series. This is how my family already eats because we're Asian. Glad you're able to show others how to do it because food has been very expensive and families are struggling out there.
Another great video/easy recipe. I'm totally impressed with your tasty/simple approach to cooking. We always have these ingredients on hand, so I'll be making this one for sure!
New video 🎉 I started watching your videos in Highschool when I was getting into credit (planning out credit cards). Refreshing seeing your videos again just as, if not more, relevant. Love the content, keep it up 🙏
New subbie here from an old graham Stephan vid. Gotta say I am loving your content!!! We are pretty frugal - honeslty we can’t help it 😂 got eggs, got rice, got shrimp (huge sale for $5 for about 2 lbs of frozen shrimp at my local grocer!) - thanks for a great meal idea!!!!
I use a fancy japanese rice cooker which I will link in the video description. Their latest tech in japan uses multi coil induction to cook the rice even more evenly.
@@BeatTheBush I follow some other frugal mom vids that purchase groceries and when at home set it all out on their counter and go over everything. Noticed those are pretty popular as well! Love your vids!!!
wow so fast. especially since i watch youtube on 2x speed lol. maybe its unhealthy but i have been using this japanease brand of msg coated salt to reduce the amount of salt i put on food. it sounds weird but i think the msg salt is just so much more salty and has the umami flavor already that ur trying to bring out with salt in the first place. its the blue bottle ajinomoto aji-shio and they sell refill packets for cheaper. each packet lasts me about 2 years. tbh i would probably put a tiny bit of salt and peper on the egg but thats just coz of how i grew up. bland/unsalted egg has a texture and maybe semi sweetness all on its own which im probably missing out on. i should try this recipe. thanks for taking the time to upload
I went fine dining for my 40th and haven’t been dining out for several years since pre pandemic 2019😂, I ordered tasting menu and every single dish was crazyyyysalty sodium rich lol. I couldn’t taste any ingredients… the salt took over every dish. 5 dishes total. Lo and behold I had diarrhea with my husband the next morning. My body wasn’t used to the salt and grease
Beathebush our friend dogecoin is back baby. It is now 11 cents. Are you doing dogecoin updates video. Bitcoin going crazy. I believe dogecoin will hit 1 dollars per coin this bull run.
i posted that in your vid from 1y ago, but for visibility and as a favor to help you - because your el-eng vids help me - i'm posting it also here: humans are - but nature(!) - not omnivores by choice (obligatory omnivores), but rather, if required, can(!) be omnivorous (opportunistic omnivores). putting the wrong things into your body is like running your ICE motor / vehicle with a fuel that it can(!) work with, but that is not ideal, and that leads to degradation of the system (motor) - in which case eventually you'll replace it, ok, no big deal. can you just replace your body? the answer is obvious. there's (expensive and risky and painful) medicine that deals (only temp) with that, but really, you've built up (eating, shopping, cooking, ...) habits (we're not even talking about alcohol or smoking here) of how you eat your whole life, and then suddenly docs say "gotta change"... yeah, at best it'll be then a total PITA and you'll hate it (your life) and at worst not going to do that... and guess what'll happen then (related to "the definition of insanity is..."). more and more people start to understand that and now change over a duration of a few weeks/ months, rather than waiting continuing with their old habits to then have reality kick in (and kick their butts AKA life). you only have one body to live in, take care of it.
Another GREAT video! I love that you put the timer in the corner, it’s cool to watch in real time.
FYI, there are still cuts in the video still but the timer will track the time used.

Love your tutorials so much! Keep it up!
I like your simple cooking videos.
I like this! When I lived China they served a tomato and egg dish. Easy, delicious and nutritious!
That's vegetarian even.
That’s a homie dish.

I love these series. Something I was looking for. Food has gotten expensive. And I’m too lazy to cook for long. This helps a lot

You should make a rice tutorial. Yours always looks so fluffy and snowy.

Another great and efficient meal. I’d love to see something with lo mein although I mostly eat meals with rice I would love to learn a lo mein dish
Great recipe and video! Thanks for sharing.
You should do a video where you take us grocery shopping with you.
I'll keep that in mind.

Looks like a good recipe
It’s always a good idea to have rice in the refrigerator. I keep individual portions in the freezer.
Great video! I love shrimp and egg stir fry!
Could be nice to include total calories! (I know, feature request 😅)
I was about to ask where you got your eggs. They looked great! Looks like you got the final batch haha 😄
Teach us how to prepare and store rice. Also, what do you drink with your meals? Do you drink any tea?
how about a 10-minute tofu and veggie bowl?

I just made the exact same meal 😂
Can you link the non stick pan you got please? TY!

Yo, can you do some more hotpot prep videos?
How look for meat, store the meat, then slicing and cooking.
Yes, I am preparing to do a full scale hot pot video. Might even be 10 minutes to prep but much longer to eat.

I often have to drink a lot of water after salt heavy restaurant meals. A majority of them salt too much.
Love the camera angles!

i like watching how etxtreme cheap (frugal?) you are :D
Frugal- he doesn't compromise his quality of life to save a buck. :)
Is this frugal? Yes. It's also healthy and saves time.
@@BeatTheBushI think how you got every bit of egg out 😂 not the meal itself
💪🏼🥩🐟🥥🐟🥩💪🏼
Shrimp actually has sodium
Good point. It makes things salty enough for me.
