How to dash for 37 seconds with one Akali E

In this video Akali dashes across the map several times in a single E. Enemy Ekko uses his W and recalls when the shield from his W hits him. Akali cast her E on him and recasts it right when Ekko vanishes. Ekko uses TP into base and recalls again. He waits as long as he can for his ult and recalls again.

At full build ekko's r cooldown is less than 37s. Try starting with ekko's ult instead of tp maybe?

The problem with that is the distance. Starting with ult wouldn’t give it enough distance, unless you already just used tp.

Maybe try lvl16 ekko with a bunch of haste. Should be able to get ult cd well below 20s.
Oh and how about having 4 other very squishy lvl1 champs on akalis team and ekko with axiom arc? Potentially infinite akali dash
