This video does not fully address how to replace the drill press chuck. You also have to remove the morse taper bar from the chuck to free the chuck from the tapered bar. How is this done?
Lock the spindle first. Place shop towels in a cardboard box on the drill press table to catch the chuck. Don't let it just slam into the table like that. Please delete this video from the whole internet.
what do you do if the check comes away leaving the arbor wedged in the spindle and while there is a slot in the spindle it is not open into the centre so you cannot get a wedge into it to knock the arbor out!

How not to remove a chuck .
Don't forget to line up the tang on the end of the taper with the slotted thru-hole so you can knock it back out again in the future.
Jim Gott it won't seat correctly without the tang being lined up.

If the morse taper isn't threaded (Jacob's taper mount), open the jaws completely and take a punch inside the chuck to knock the arbor out.
