After reading some of these posts saying "what about this song or that song?" Myself included with trampled underfoot, I'm realizing we can have this friendly debate all damn day cause Jimmy Page was that frickin' good! You're a great player Bloxsy
Yep, Trampled Under Foot is the best. The “main” underlying riff isn’t played on guitar (it’s an organ). In some ways the layers of riffs makes it even more interesting.
Add Michael Schenker, Gary Moore, Duane Allman, Jeff Beck, Ritchie Blackmore, Brian May, Pete Townshend, Alex Lifeson, Mark Knopfler.....the list goes on and on
It's kinda amazing how one can immediately feel the bass and the drums kick in simultaneously along with the riff while hearing it. Led Zeppelin rules!!!
It is the most gorgeous and the heaviest riff ever at the same time. Pure dissonance that ascends to an octave somehow! It's the greatest riff of all time.
Man i'm so glad your channel started to blow up. You're unique man, your playing, your tone, how you make your videos simple. Hope your another channel Red Mask also gets some attention, you totally deserve it
Agh disappointed there was no ‘In the Light’, that verse riff is just balls heavy man. Great job on the tone though, Dazed and Confused sounded bang on, even from an SG
Houses of Holy is my favorite Led Zeppelin song...so I hate to say you were playing it in the wrong key, or something...I'm not sure, but it sounded flat the whole time. The rest of the songs were absolutely amazing, loved them...but your version of HotH kind of hurt my soul...sorry I'm just a huge LZ nut.
What I love most is that you’re not the most technical player, but you have emotion. You play with feel. You don’t have to be virtuosic to be good, and you’re a perfect example
I now have a Twitter if anyone wants to follow me there twitter.com/Bloxsy_
Top Led Zeppelin guitar riffs: All of them.

Ramble on❗

The riff in Led Zeppelin’s “Ten Years Gone”, it’s just an awesome riff and a timeless song.
One of my favourite of their light and shade songs.
I'd love one of these for Pink Floyd
Good call.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Bring It On Home might be one the most jamming Zep riffs! Great video.
Thank you!
Top 3 guitarists of all time:
1. Jimi Hendrix
2. Jimmy Page
3. Edward Van Halen
For me it's Jimmy Page, David Gilmour and maybe Hendrix
Imagine making best guitarist list without lil wayne
I’d add Angus Young in there, he may not have been the most technical player, but man could he play guitar like no one else!
Add Michael Schenker, Gary Moore, Duane Allman, Jeff Beck, Ritchie Blackmore, Brian May, Pete Townshend, Alex Lifeson, Mark Knopfler.....the list goes on and on
@@Soxruleyanksdrool Forgetting the king of the metal riffs: Tony Iommi
Great playing, especially on The Rain Song, that was very impressive.
i thought that too, the rain song tone was nailed to a tee
Thanks very much.
@@bloxsy_ Did you use standard tuning for The Rain Song or alternate?
Well , rain song is a easy song to play.

Instructions unclear - I am now unwanted at my local guitar store and have a bruise on my back.
No stairway? Denied!
3:30 I have this song as a ringtone and the tone was so accurate, for a second I thought someone was calling me.
When the levee breaks is my favorite Led Zeppelin song
It's kinda amazing how one can immediately feel the bass and the drums kick in simultaneously along with the riff while hearing it. Led Zeppelin rules!!!
Kashmir might be the greatest guitar riff of all time. What an hypnotic riff 🙌
It is the most gorgeous and the heaviest riff ever at the same time. Pure dissonance that ascends to an octave somehow! It's the greatest riff of all time.
The Lemon Song is probably my personal favorite.

Two more to add to everybody’s “should have made it” list (it really could be top 40): Traveling Riverside Blues and Nobody’s Fault But Mine

Listening to these illustrates what a complete band they were. I honestly didn't recognize a couple without Bonham and JPJ
I knew bring it on home was going to be top tier haha! Nice list btw!
Not too many other bands have so many dope riffs.
I like how broad your definition of a "riff" is. Kudos

Ten Years Gone is probably my fav Zeppelin song tbh

You can make TOP200 LZ riffs vid, and still people are angry for missing some particular gem.
great job
You have the riff for Misty Mountain Hop mostly correct, after the first couple of measures and after the drums come the riff changes slightly.
Yeah a few Led Zep songs do that little rhythm shift in the intro which throws you off a bit.
