Raisa’s back with another brand new single titled ‘Someday’ which features South Korean singer-songwriter Sam Kim as well as musician-arranger Jukjae on the production side. This song will also be a part of the journey towards Raisa’s 4th album ‘It’s Personal’
This collaboration kick-started with Raisa’s wish to have a cross Asian collaboration for as long as she remembers and for this song it all began with Raisa dropping a direct message on Sam’s Instagram page, not long after the two hit it off and started to swap music references until they managed to hold a virtual workshop session. The song making process started in early 2021 where each of them worked in their own cities - Jakarta and Seoul. As for the song itself and what it is about, ‘Someday’ is a song that shares a tale of a couple who have trouble in revealing their true feelings to one another and both refuse to turn down their ego.
